Recently, our sales team came together for a focused retreat that gave us time to step back, align, and have some meaningful conversations about where we’re headed.
We used the time to set clear direction, align on priorities, and strengthen the connection between our sales team and project managers. Just as important, it created space for a true meeting of the minds, bringing together the fresh perspectives of our newer team members with the deep experience of our tenured employees. Both have so much to offer, and we know the best ideas often come from that exchange.
