Since the beginning of the year, we’ve had the opportunity to celebrate two exciting internal transitions that reflect our commitment to developing talent through education, hands-on experience, and team support.
Sydney Padilla has stepped into her new role as Project Manager after serving as a PM-Trainee. Through dedicated mentorship, hands-on project experience, and continued professional growth, Sydney has demonstrated the leadership and technical capability that define our PM team.
We’re also excited to share that Jaden Kokenge has transitioned from working part-time in our warehouse to joining us full-time as a PM-Trainee. Jaden’s move reflects the career pathways available at AES, where curiosity, work ethic, and a willingness to learn can open new doors.
