Lacey brings two decades of experience in electrical distribution, with a career rooted in solving complex project challenges and building long-term customer relationships. She began at Gexpro, where she developed hands-on experience in project management and complex gear quotations, laying the groundwork for her technical and operational expertise.
She later joined Graybar, where she grew into leadership roles supporting large contractors on fast-paced, high-demand projects. Over time, Lacey carved out a niche in data center infrastructure, working closely with engineers, contractors, and end users to deliver solutions for mission-critical environments where timelines are tight and accuracy is non-negotiable.
At Access Electric, Lacey focuses on expanding the company’s presence in the data center market, supporting enterprise, MTDC, and hyperscale clients, and emerging clients across growing markets. She is known for her ability to think outside the box, leverage multiple manufacturer relationships, and align technical solutions with real-world project demands. Her approach is centered on being a true partner, helping customers avoid delays, reduce risk, and execute successfully.
Outside of work, Lacey enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends.
