Ryan Alvis joined Access Electric in 2025 as our Finance Director – Controller, bringing a steady hand to everything from accounting and financial reporting to compliance. Before joining AES, Ryan built a deep foundation in finance and operations through a variety of roles, including 20 years at Microsoft, where he led controllership functions, helped launch major consumer products, and strengthened processes and controls through internal audit. He began his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young, where he earned his CPA.
Outside the office, Ryan loves spending time with his two adult kids, and doing just about anything with his fiancée, Jenaige.
