Sydney graduated from WSU in 2020, and spent several years honing her project management skills in the legal sector. Eager for new experiences and a place to expand her knowledge, she joined AES in 2025 as a PM Trainee, where she brought a fresh perspective to the team. Her strong foundation in project management allowed her to quickly transition into a full-time project manager, where she focuses on both gear and lighting. Her attentiveness to client needs and problem-solving abilities make her a natural fit at AES.
When she’s not at work, Sydney enjoys exploring Washington, hiking, caring for her plants, attending concerts, and making meaningful memories with family and friends.
